Financial Planning & Analysis Executive (FP&A)
Job Description
1. Financial Planning & Budgeting
– Participate in preparing annual, quarterly, and monthly financial plans for the Group and real estate projects
– Consolidate and review budget data; monitor budget performance against approved plans
– Support the development and maintenance of cash flow forecasting models for projects and the Group
2. Financial Analysis & Management Reporting.
– Prepare periodic financial analysis reports on revenue, costs, profit, cash flow, and capital efficiency
– Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial fluctuations
– Prepare management reports and financial data for internal decision-making purposes (EBITDA, project cash flow, ROE, ROA, etc.)
3. Investment & Project Analysis Support
– Assist in financial analysis for new investment projects, M&A transactions, and investment partnerships
– Build real estate financial models, scenario analysis, and sensitivity analysis
– Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of ongoing projects
4. Financial Control & Risk Management
– Monitor key financial indicators and provide early warnings on cash flow, cost, and project performance risks
– Coordinate with Accounting, Investment, and Capital Mobilization teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency
– Ensure analytical data complies with accounting standards and internal management requirements
5. Other duties
– Perform other tasks assigned by the FP&A Manager/ CFO
Candidate Requirements
Professional Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Investment, Banking, or related fields
– Minimum 2–3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or real estate project analysis
– Basic understanding of accounting principles, corporate finance, taxation, and the real estate industry
– Knowledge of real estate financial modeling is preferred
Skill Requirements
– Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail
– Proficient in advanced Excel; experience with Power BI, ERP systems, or related tools is an advantage
– Ability to work independently under pressure and collaborate effectively across departments
